Swine Influenza, which is commonly known as swine flu is declared as the worst pandemic in last 41 years is on rise in India. As the season changes risk of getting swine flu increases. The symptoms are mild at starting but one needs to properly treat it on time to prevent further consequences.
It is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza viruses that causes regular outbreaks in pigs. Swine is the name given to this flu as the virus which causes this disease is found in pigs which infects the person who is in direct contact with pigs.
